  • Assist the Partners in improving their business operations model
  • Drive with Partners their strategic sales program
  • Provide support to extend Solution with Cloud
  • Engage in key opportunities with the Partner
  • Identify key customers to address them through an adapted strategic sales plans focus on Cloud Portfolio
  • Define challenging Customer Coverage target and corresponding actions to be implemented
  • Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused Cloud solutions
  • Ensure to launch transition plan for cloud portfolio.
  • Support Partners in managing sales and technical capacity and accurate skills
  • Follow up on the topic and review Partner commitment on a regularly fixed meetings
  • Coach Partners through all the Selling cycle from Prospect, Value Proposition, Roadmap definition to closing.
  • Build to ensure sales pipeline on M +5 rolling months
  • Support Partner in co-marketing activities, motivate all kind of marketing activities needed to build appropriate pipeline
  • Manage Sales Partners contract (negotiation & closing), accreditation and renewal validation
  • Be involved as early as possible in new Partner onboarding phase
  • Manage Forecast and pipeline KPIs including following quarters pipeline through 4 rolling quarters cadence with Partners
  • Follow up on Cloud Service Renewals


  • Cloud Solution Selling Experience,
  • Enablement plan built in close collaboration with Technical (Industry Consultants) team
  • What To Sell (WTS) built with Territory sales team
  • Activation Cloud Portfolio marketing with Marketing Program manager
  • Drive Cloud Certification for partners
  • Execute Monthly and Weekly pipeline review
  • Regular business meetings with partners to analyze cloud opportunities
